How it Works
- Members must pay the qualifying rate plan and provide their membership ID to receive award points credit. Each participating hotel will offer the “HERITAGE” rate plan available on its webpage, the corporate Grand Heritage Webpage, and at the property directly by phone. Only reservations through this rate plan and these distribution methods are eligible for rewards points and stay credits. Guests must provide their loyalty card at time of check-in or positive state or federal identification as proof of matching membership identity.
- Participating Hotels are subject to change at Grand Heritages discretion.
- Points are accrued at participating properties on room revenues at the qualifying rate AND on approved outlets at each property. An approved outlet is property specific and must be wholly owned and operated by Grand Heritage Hotels. Please check with your preferred property to assure which outlets qualify for points.
- Reward Levels, Points and Stay balances are updated on a monthly basis and are available at the 14th of each month.
- Stay Rewards are calculated on an annual basis for a period of 18 months starting Jan 1 2009 and on an 18 month rolling calendar from time of enrolment thereafter.
- Reward points and stay credits are accrued on one room per stay per account.
- Heritage rewards and stay credits cannot be accumulated on stays not generated from the company website, hotel specific website or direct reservations through the property reservations department at the qualifying rate.
- Group rates are not eligible for Heritage Rewards credits at this time. Negotiated rates must be approved at the property and Corporate Level for inclusion in Heritage rewards.
- Rewards and stays are not earned for no-show or cancellation charges.
- A "stay" is defined as one or more consecutive nights at the same hotel. Consecutive reservations without a one day departure from the hotel constitute a single stay.
- Members will receive periodic account summaries detailing their eligible stays via an e-mail newsletter. Account statements are not sent via regular mail.
- Membership Levels are calculated on an 18 month time frame from the date of enrollment and thus membership levels may fluctuated downward over time.
- A separate pool of eligible redeemable points is calculated for redemption which is debited or credited with point’s accruals and redemption withdrawals.
- Free night stays count as stays and appropriate outlet charges count toward points.
- We reserve the right to deduct any HERITAGE REWARD stays credited to an account in error.
Terms & Conditions
- Grand Heritage Hotels reserves the right to alter the HERITAGE REWARDS® Guest Loyalty Program, its rules, processes, rewards, offers and affiliate partners at any time, with or without notice.
- Grand Heritage Hotels reserves the right to alter the participating properties in the Heritage Rewards at any time and at its own discretion.
- Grand Heritage Hotels reserves the right to terminate the entire Program to all Members at any time.
- Membership in HERITAGE REWARDS® Guest Loyalty Program is available to individuals only. Participation in the HERITAGE REWARDS® Guest Loyalty Program indicates acceptance of these terms and conditions.
- Employees of Grand Heritage Hotels and any onsite vendors or lease partners are not eligible to participate in the HERITAGE REWARDS® Guest Loyalty Program.
- Fraud or abuse of the Grand Heritage Hotels HERITAGE REWARDS®, award usage, membership privileges and benefits is subject to appropriate legal action by Grand Heritage Hotels and may result in and up to the forfeiture of Rewards and or the termination of membership.
- Grand Heritage Hotels reserves the right to immediately discontinue a Grand Heritage Hotels HERITAGE REWARDS® guest's membership, and terminate the member's account, if a member violates any local, state, or federal laws or ordinance.
- Failure to pay any account due to Grand Heritage Hotels or misuses the benefits of membership my result in termination of the membership at Grand Heritage Hotels discretion.
- Nothing contained in these Membership Rules shall limit Grand Heritage Hotels in the exercise of its legal or equitable rights or remedies.
- Earning of HERITAGE REWARDS® rewards and redemption of awards are subject to all applicable laws and regulations.
- HERITAGE REWARDS® benefits and awards may be subject to income or other taxes. Such taxes and all disclosures related thereto are the sole responsibility of the recipient.
- Grand Heritage makes no warranties or representations, either expressed or implied, and expressly disclaims any and all liability with respect to type, quality or fitness of goods or services provided through HERITAGE REWARDS® affiliate partners.
- Neither Grand Heritage nor our Program partners are responsible for any correspondence lost or delayed.
- Grand Heritage Hotels reserves the right to correct, any pricing or typographical errors, errors of description, or errors regarding participating properties and partners.
- Program memberships are for individual use only and can only be used by the member whose name is listed on the account.
- No credits or reward points will be issued for any rooms booked by other individuals including not listed on the member account card.
- Reward points are for individual rooms only and are limited to one room per night.
- Corporations, Organizations, associations and groups cannot enroll in HERITAGE REWARDS® Guest Loyalty program.
- Grand Heritage Hotels reserves the right to delete any HERITAGE REWARDS® account with no activity for 6 months.
- Rewards cannot be sold or transferred.
- All interpretations of these Membership Rules, terms and conditions shall be at the sole discretion of Grand Heritage Hotels.
